Islands West 375 gram Cloves Whole are intensely aromatic with a sweet pungent flavour. Add to mulling and pickling spices, stews and pot roast. Use to stud your holiday ham. From the French word for nail, “clou”, cloves are the dried flower buds of a tropical evergreen tree.
