CHEESECAKE MIX JELL-O 2/1KG

Crust:
- 2 2/3 cups Graham crumbs
- 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
Filling:
- 2 1/4 lb. Jell-O Cheesecake Filling
- 6 qt. 2% milk
Instructions:

MELT
Butter; stir in crumbs and sugar. Press into bottom of 4, 9-inch pie plates or 2 springform pans.

POUR
Cold milk into mixing bowl. Add cheesecake mix. Mix on low speed, using wire whip attachment, for 1 1/2 – 2 1/2 minutes. Stop mixer and scrape sides and bottom of bowl. Mix on medium speed 2 minutes.

POUR
Into pie plates or springform pans. Refrigerate one hour or longer, until set.
