Defrosting/Handling Tips
Whole cake 16 slices: Under refrigeration: 8 – 10 hours or overnight.
Room temperature: 4 hours
Plated Slices: Under refrigeration: 7 – 8 hours
Room temperature: 2 hours. Keep refrigerated. Best when held and served refrigerated.
